1. Return Policy

At CLEANOVA, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including:

  • Opened beauty hygiene products
  • Used brush cleansers
  • Personal care items

3. Return Process

Please include:

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
