We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your Cleanova device, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Items must be returned in original packaging and in like-new condition.

Email us at support@cleanova.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

It's incredibly simple:

1. Add water and a drop of brush cleanser to the bowl
2. Attach your brush to the spindle
3. Press the speed setting (low for soft brushes, high for dense brushes)
4. Let it run for 30 seconds — done!

Pat dry with a microfibre towel and reshape the bristles. Full cleaning takes about 60 seconds per brush.

Cleanova works with virtually all makeup brushes — synthetic, natural hair, dense foundation brushes, fluffy powder brushes, and small detail brushes. The universal silicone collars expand to fit handles from 5mm to 25mm in diameter.

Not compatible: brushes with handles wider than 25mm or unusually short handles (under 5cm).

We recommend gentle fragrance-free dish soap, baby shampoo, or our dedicated Cleanova Brush Cleanser. Avoid harsh detergents, alcohol-based cleansers, or anything containing dyes.

A full charge lasts approximately 2 hours of continuous use, which is enough to clean roughly 60-80 brushes. Charge time is around 90 minutes via USB-C.

The cleaning bowl is fully waterproof. The motor housing is splash-resistant (IPX4) but should not be submerged in water. Always wipe the motor unit dry after use.
